Item, Weapon, and Armor Information
Armor:
Kran Robe - This robe was fashioned from the skin of the Kran Tiger and still has all of the hair from the Kran still attached to it. It is a very light and flexible material that is very durable and capable of dulling the pain from blunt weapons when hit. The Robes are very colorful and has the top part of the skull from the Kran Tiger and gives the user added protection if hit in the head. (Class: Cloth)
Primary Weapon:
Hagun - This four foot Kattana is beutifuly crafter from cie and has been coated with a diamond edge, with serrations stretching a foot of the blade just befor the guard. The blade itself is a light red but seems to have a black aura about it, possibly caused by Rei's constant use of energy through it. The hand guard is shaped like a six point black star. Its hilt is braided with a red and black cord that is neatly tucked away in a cie pummel that has a short chain dangeling from it, nearly two feet in length. This weapon is a murderous one that apears terrifieing to those not very skilled with a blade. (Class: Medium)
Accessories:
Dragon Bone Braclet - This is an ancient artifact that Rei swindled from a traveling merchant in exchange for some common fruit and skins. The merchant had no idea what the artifact was other than a bone bracelet. The relic activated once Rei put it on, responding to his strong grasp of energy usage.
This artifact is a simple fingerless, black leather glove attached to a bracelet of dragon bones with a small medallion dangling from its wrist, and a unknown symbol on its palm. Once activated, this artifact forms a holographic-like circle around the wearers wrist of symbols that slowly swirl around and around, while forming a bone gauntlet to the elbow. The bones then stretch out from the top of the hand to form a spider web-like "bow". As this is not weapon nor armor it has no attack or defense value. The item simply gives the wearer a much stronger control of energy, allowing him to fire energy arrows from this bone energy "bow". This can be done with one hand as easily as two. The energy is fired as though it was drawn by an invisible string. These energy arrows act just like any energy attack.
Once the wearer's HP hits a critical level (less than 50%) The bone grows again covering the arm and half the shoulder. At this point the user may, twice per battle, fire a barrage that covers a large area of roughly 20 feet and deals 50% bonus damage to all within.
After a failed dodge roll against a force attack, the wielder may attempt a parry roll to deflect the attack using the Dragon Bone Bracelet. If successful, the attack is knocked away harmlessly. This effect can only happen four times per battle. Unlike parrying physical attacks, this parry does not require the wielder to compare STR PVS to his opponent.
Judge Earring - This is a earring made of very basic materials that dangles from the ear roughly two inches. It starts with a gentle white gem and has some small hardly ledgable symbols hanging from it. Each of the sybols is part of a enchanment that powers the gem that sits at the top. It constantly emits a very soft white glow that one wouldnt notice unless they are very close to the wearer. This glow constantly protect the wearer from anything that would hinder the use of his job/race/or normale abilities as well as erase vital state reductions on his next turn after recieving them.
Runes:
Bronze Rune – This rune gives its wielder the passive ability to gain an extra 10% to the amount of credits earned when completing a quest. This bonus does not stack with other runes.
Fighter Rune – This rune gives its wielder the passive ability to gain an extra 5% to the amount of experience earned when participating in a Battle (Fighting or Sparring) Session. This bonus does not stack with other runes.
Clothing:
Judge Robes - this is a simple Gi the is red with black designs and a symbol on the back in ancient solarian that stands for Holy Judgment. The pants are tight around the ankles and waiste but extremly loos and baggy around the legs alowing extremly flexible movments. The shirt is a traditional gi like blouse that is slim fit to the body with no left sleeve and the right sleeve is very loose. There is a cloak attached from the back right shoulder stretching around to cover the left shoulder and attaches mid front chest, with a loose hood to top it all off. Special Ability Information
Level 5 Ability:
Burning Winds - Rei has developed the reaction ability to envelop himself in his own energy to protect him self creating a shield that is mearly two feet from his body and moves with him. The shield each turn has power equale to Rei's energy attack at the time he activates it. The shield will null incoming attacks weaker then its power, while attacks greater then its power will be defused, aloowing the remaining damage to Rei after aplying any aplicable damage reductions. This ability lasts for five turns and may be used twice per battle with a six turn cool down.
Burning Winds was given its name for its appearance. For after a small chant the user is enveloped in a swirl of black fire like energy that rapidly disapears. When a attack comes within the "shields" reach, the invisible barrier suddenly becomes visible apearing as black fire blowing in the wind, blocking attacks. (Reaction Ability)
Level 15 Ability:
Lunar Fang - This is a aerial attack with a weapon, that's used in a downward slashing motion that emits half moon shaped, black wave of energy. The energy can travel quit some range, up to 50 feet befor it simply disolves. The base value of the attack is double Rei's energy attack rating and bears the effects of the users favored energies "burn" effect. this attack can only be used 3 times per fight, per opponent. If the attack misses its use is not expeled. (Action Ability)
Level 25 Ability:
Dark Star - With this action ability, Rei has learned to manifest his infernal energy into a very potent poison at the tips of his fingers that mutats the BTMs in and around his victim. The energy is delivered through the bare hand on contact and upon a successful hit, it begins to quickly go to work on its victims BTMs. The BTMs mutation causes blurred vision and interupted focus, reducing the enemies Hit and Dodge SVS by 50% of anyone who comes into contact with it for 3 turns. This attack does damage equale to Rei's energy attack. This is a energy based attack but because it is delivered through physical contact, it may be dodged, blocked, or parryed. How ever, if the attack is blocked/parryed then its effect is still applyed to the blocker, but they would take no damage from the hit. Because the BTMs mutations is so quik it would rapdily spread over and through armor and weapons in order to pinitrate deep into the their wielder's body. If the poison gets onto weapons or a shield, then during the same turn as the block/parry, the enemy may discard said item for the remainder of the fight to prevent recieving this effect at all (this may only occur in the event of a block/parry.) This attack would also carry any applicable energy burn's the user is capable of that would be applied after the effects of the poison itself. Dark Star can only manipulate the BTMs in the same person once per battle, due to the fact the BTM's in his enemy would have already of been mutated by his poison they couldnt be mutated again by the same means. Additionaly, if someone gets infected after discarding a weapon or armor to avoid the effects in the past, they may at this point retrieve it. As they could not be harmed by the poison on it again this battle. (Reaction Ability)

Background Information
Character's past...
Rei is an average height Solarian with calm eyes and light blue hair. He is extremly fit and lean built from many years of hard work and fighting. His back has savage scars from ealyer in his life which he hates to remember. He is for the most part calm and looks at situations with a level head. But from his many years as a military dog he will end life with out a second thought and wouldnt back down from a fight. He is a warrior of great pride and little emotion.
Rei's story begins as a young boy, growing up in the vast deserts of western solaris. Even for young children life was all work and little play in those days. Everyone had to earn their keep. As he grew and became respectable as a stout, hard working young man, he began to feel like the desert life wasnt for him. So one day when he was in his early 30s he set out with out a word to anyone. It took him many weeks of traveling befor he reached civilization again in the midlands.
Here he found many opertunities to work. The most important thing he did at this point was landing a job assisting with the training of soldiers. While he had no fighting experiance his body was hardened by his long years of physical labor and that was enough for the rookie soldiers to spar with. He kept this job for some time until the a high ranking generale took notice of him. After spending so much time sparing with soldiers he eventualy got quit good at hand to hand fighting and was making short work of them. The generale recruited him to join a seceret unit under his comand. while the offer sounded great in the sugar coated manor it was offered Rei accepted.
The next 10 years Rei served in a dark damp dungeon like place being beaten, tortured and trained to kill with out mercy or remorce. After his 10 years was up he was sent on mission after mission as captain of a small unit specializing in "retrieving" rouge soldiers and other targets. Although almost never was the orders to retrieve alive. After some time his orders got more and more horrible.... Eliminating entire villages to make way for the generales plans. Rei's team slowly began to be uneasy about the missions knowing it was no longer the militaries work.
Finaly after 20 long years as a servant for this generales dirty work Rei's team went rouge in the middle of the mission. He did exactly as he would be expected to do and dispateched them quickly. Upon completing his mission he returned with the bodies of his 12 dead commrades and told the generale he was done. Befor he left the generale began to make a fuss about owning Rei and quickly met the same fate as Rei's comrades. Rei leaves the military issued blade in the generales chest and walks away as though nothing happened. No one tryed to stop him.
At this point in his life he spent the next 40 years as a traveler, visiting pubs by night and libraries by day, learning the ways of the world and dabeling in many of the other languages of solaris. He hopes to one day find a place to belong and maybe find feelings again...
