Second Skin - Before the commitment of Gwydion's wyrm body to starfire in the final part of his ascension ritual, three parts were removed to aid their former master in his next life. A cluster of scales from his armored hide were removed and a group of artisans worked day and night to fashion these scales into a suit of armor for Gwydion. Now the scales that protected him as a dragon continue to protect him as a man. They shine brilliantly with a metallic copper hue that matches his hair, and are lighter than they appear, a fact which belies their great strength. The scales are silent and set in a pattern that makes the armor look grown, rather than made. (Class: Medium, Notes: Mystic)

Primary Weapon:

Rend - Before the commitment of Gwydion's wyrm body to starfire in the final part of his ascension ritual, three parts were removed to aid their former master in his next life. The largest talon of his right foreleg was carefully removed and a group of artisans worked day and night to fashion this talon into a wicked dagger. The talon was set into a short hilt of copper, and is slightly curved with a vicious slashing edge and a sharp point. Though it appears to be pitted and scratched, the blade is as resilient as the day it was part of Gwydion's wyrm body, and only a fool would think the weapon has no value beyond sentimentality. Secondary Weapon:

Boneblade - Before the commitment of Gwydion's wyrm body to starfire in the final part of his ascension ritual, three parts were removed to aid their former master in his next life. The longest, strongest bone of his right foreleg was carefully removed and a group of artisans worked day and night to sharpen and set the bone for use as a sword by Gwydion's human form. The sword is four feet long in all with a hand-and-a-half pommel wrapped in leather. Though the blade appears chipped and soft, is has been hardened by both time and the ancient magics inherent in dragons and can meet blades made of metal or magic as well as any other. Character's past...

Gwydion De Lynshire could be considered a simple man. But the problem therein lies in that he is not, in fact, a man. He is a dragonkin, an unusual hybrid of two races- the spirit and soul of a dragon in the body of a humanoid. The transformation happened millenia ago, on a world long since lost in the pages of history.

No one knows what drives the man. Some say the sorrow of his transformation drives him to seek others of his kind. Some say that is not sorrow, but a child-like joy in adventure and discovery. Whatever the reason, Gwydion the Dragonkin has come to Solaris.
